Bennett: Stories of Humor, Grace, and Hope Bible Study
Rev. Eugenia Gamble wrote Bennett, a collection of heartwarming short stories for adults based on the life of a very special person named Bennet. These touching stories deal with life's most important faith and spiritual issues in a down-to-earth, inviting, and faithful way. This group will be led by Marcia Lake.
Bunco—hosted by Larry and Cathy Holder
Bunco is a fun, fast-pace dice game generally played with twelve or more players, divided into groups of four, trying to score points while taking turns rolling three dice in a series of six rounds. A bunco is achieved when a person rolls three-of-a-kind and all three numbers match the round number. There will lots of time, too, for socializing with church friends.
Mah Jongg—taught by Karen Kennedy and Carol Virkler
Come learn this ancient Chinese game played with tiles engraved with Chinese symbols and characters. In China, the game has evolved to represent peace and friendship. Join old friends or makes some new ones as you learn this interesting game.
Group leaders will be available after worship on September 11 and 18 in the Fellowship Hall to provide additional information about their groups and to answer questions.
